Concept & Design
We review your reference materials, sketches, or script descriptions. Together, we define the character's proportions, mechanical requirements, and visual style.

Sculpting & Assembly
The head, hands, and body segments are carved from light, durable wood or sculpted from professional-grade composites. Joints are meticulously engineered for fluid movement.

Costuming & Detail
Fabrics are selected and tailored to fit the puppet's unique frame. Faces are hand-painted under stage lighting conditions to ensure expression visibility.

Stringing & Rehearsal
The figure is attached to a custom control bar. We balance the weight and test the string tension to guarantee responsive, lifelike articulation.
