1. General Workshop Policies

By accessing our workshop services, you agree to comply with the rules outlined in this document. String & Stage reserves the right to modify these guidelines to ensure a safe and creative environment for all our guests, students, and patrons. We ask that all visitors respect our handmade marionettes and workshop tools when visiting.

2. Theatrical Shows & Ticketing

All tickets purchased for our puppet performances are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by String & Stage.

• Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the curtain rising.
• Late arrivals may not be seated until a suitable break in the performance.
• Photography and video recording during the performance are strictly prohibited to protect the magic of the stage.

3. Puppetry Classes & Registration

Enrolling in our classes guarantees your spot for the specified duration. Materials for building your own puppet are included in the standard class fee unless stated otherwise.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your registration.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first session will forfeit the deposit.
• We reserve the right to reschedule a class if the minimum enrollment is not met.

4. Custom Marionette Commissions

Crafting a bespoke puppet is a detailed and highly personalized process. When you commission String & Stage, you agree to the following workflow:

• An initial design consultation is required before any crafting begins.
• A non-refundable deposit is due upon approval of the design sketches.
• Because each piece is handmade, estimated delivery dates are approximate and may shift depending on material availability and complexity.
• Final payment is required prior to the release or shipping of the finished puppet.
