The Jester
Linden wood base, silk garments, nine-string control mechanism.
Discover our distinctive cast of marionettes. Each character is meticulously carved, painted, and strung in our workshop to bring silent stories to life.
We shape every block of wood with a singular purpose: movement. A marionette is not a static sculpture; it is a mechanism of emotion. Joint tolerances are engineered for fluid motion, allowing the puppeteer to transmit subtle gestures down the strings.
Each figure goes through a rigorous drafting process. We balance the weight distribution carefully so the character can walk, gesture, and breathe naturally. Hand-painted details and custom-tailored costumes ensure every figure catches the theater lights perfectly, creating an illusion of life from the very first act.

Walnut core, heavy velvet robes, eleven-string control mechanism.
Balsa wood joints, cotton and wire frame, fourteen-string complex control.
The character of a puppet begins long before the first coat of paint. We select specific woods based on the required weight and flexibility of the limb. Joints are pinned with tempered wire to prevent wear over decades of performance, while fabrics are sourced for their specific drape. A heavy velvet restricts movement perfectly for a dignified character, while sheer silks allow ethereal figures to float above the stage floor.
Whether you are looking for a unique centerpiece, a stage-ready performer, or a personalized gift, we are ready to carve your next companion.
